Christie oversees all aspects of The Tribute Companies, which own four cemeteries in Wisconsin as well as Precast concrete manufacturing facilities in Illinois and Indiana and an Architectural firm that specializes in cemetery and funeral home design and development.

Meet Matthew Pagel. Matthew joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in January, 2021. Matthew grew up locally in Butler, WI. He believes in hard work, helping others, and that laughter is always the best medicine. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and getting away to go camping or hiking.

Davina Walls

Family Service Counselor

Davina Walls joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in February 2025, bringing a strong background in customer service and management. Originally from Appleton, WI, she moved to Milwaukee in 2020 and is currently pursuing her education in Mortuary Science at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Dedicated to continuous learning and building meaningful connections, she applies her interpersonal skills to both her professional and personal life. In her free time, Davina enjoys studying the Korean language, watching basketball and anime, and perfecting her spicy noodle recipes. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to have their voice heard.

Grounds Technician

Tom has been in the manufacturing and landscaping industry for many years. He enjoys working on a team and the variety of work. Tom has been married to his wife Amy for almost 30 years. They have two daughters and one granddaughter. In is free time Tom enjoys fishing and watching football.

Rob Grzelak

Cemetery Operations Manager

Rob oversees all aspects of operations for each company owned cemetery and the buildings for all Tribute locations. His responsibilities include: grounds personnel development, purchasing, and safety compliance at all Tribute locations.

Kate Sherry

Administrative Assistant

Kate joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in September 2022. Kate was born and raised in WI, with a few stops living in NYC, Chicago, and Ireland. She comes from a theatre/communications and marketing/branding background, is classically trained in Shakespearean theatre, and spends her spare time dabbling in graphic design and building her photography portfolio.

Family Service Counselor

Born and raised on the island of Oahu, Zach brings a background in public relations, customer service, and marketing to his role. Now living in West Allis with his wife, Becca, and their husky, Kona, he is passionate about sports and serves as a basketball coach at Marquette University High School. Dedicated to helping families, his goal is to create lasting and meaningful tributes for their loved ones.

Grounds Technician

Meet Kyle Boltz. Kyle assists with all aspects of grounds operations and is always there to lend a helping hand and will always assist families when needed. He and his wife, are avid Disney enthusiasts, making it an annual tradition since their honeymoon. Kyle is a big dog lover and shares his home with three furry companions.

Leah joined Pinelawn Memorial Park in September of 2024 after almost 25 years as a teacher in secondary education. She has a deep passion for Milwaukee, its diverse people, and its storied history. Leah is dedicated to providing compassionate care and resources to families, and the community.

Lauren Snifka

Lauren Snifka

Family Service Counselor

Lauren joined the team and Pinelawn Memorial park to put her years of being a customer service aficionado to better use. She’s a Milwaukee native that can be easily found outside at year-round community events. Family, nature, and music are the best forms of therapy and peace for Lauren. Empathy is the word Lauren chooses to describe how she comes to each meeting with everyone, saying “everyone has a story, you just need to stop and truly listen to them tell it.

Grounds Manager

Allen is responsible for all grounds crew staff, buildings and grounds functions. Allen takes great pride in the way the cemetery looks in its entirety; from first impressions at the entrances to the meticulous details of each grave and memorial.

Dave plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of all grounds-related tasks, readily offering his assistance whenever families require support.
